cuddling,
I wish I could kiss you
and keep kissing
until my lips turn blue,
I wish I could go for a walk with you
in the sunny afternoon,
holding hands and enjoying the weather,
I wish I could dance with you,
waltzing through the bright hall
with crystal chandeliers,
I wish I could sing a song for you -
the beautiful melody
I hum in my head so often,
I wish I could recite for you this poem,
rolling every word,
expressing all my feelings,
I wish I could do all I’ve said,
But I am only a frog,
and I love you in my frog’s way
wishing you’d be with me. Always. |
